Low voltage lighting, commonly called landscape lighting, is an overlooked enhancement for many homes.

Why Have Landscape Lighting?

Landscape lighting systems can be designed to enhance your home’s architectural features, your security and your planting aesthetics. While solar lights may be easy to install, they can’t compare with the illumination and life long performance of a professionally installed lighting system. We install modern LED systems that cast a warm white glow on your home and landscape while using a fraction of the energy consumed by a traditional system.

Lighting FAQs

Our low voltage lighting systems are powered by a standard outlet. A transformer is plugged into a standard outlet, and converts the 120 volts to 12 volts for safety in the landscape. No need for an expensive electrician!

We can design your system to turn on and off when you need it to. Using a light sensor, timer, or both together, we can customize your system for safety or efficiency.

Our typical lighting systems use less energy than a 60 watt bulb when in use. This is because we use super efficient LED bulbs in our fixtures. A path light uses about 2.5 watts, and a spotlight uses about 4 watts.

We offer many brands of fixtures. One of our primary choices is Alliance Low Voltage Lighting Fixtures. These fixtures are solid brass construction with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. The LED bulbs are also replaceable, extending the life of the system further.
